Carole D. Bos is a trial lawyer and nationally recognized author and lecturer, specializing in complex commercial issues, wrongful death claims, and diverse litigation matters. She founded her own law firm at a time when few women were trial lawyers, showcasing her pioneering spirit and dedication to the legal profession. Carole is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to trial lawyers with million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements.

Her expertise in cross-examination benefits a wide range of clients, from farmers facing land condemnation to businessmen protecting their inventions and copyrights, as well as victims seeking justice for serious injuries. Her reputation balances Carole’s compassionate approach to clients in distress as an aggressive advocate in the courtroom. She has achieved some of West Michigan’s largest client settlements and verdicts.

With over four decades of experience, Carole handles major cases nationwide in state and federal courts. She is also a prolific author, having written legal books and articles while frequently speaking on trial advocacy. Carole’s contributions to the legal profession have earned her recognition as a ‘Super Lawyer’ and inclusion in various ‘Who’s Who’ publications.

In 2023, Bos & Glazier merged with Cunningham Dalman, where Carole serves as a shareholder, continuing her legacy of excellence in trial law and legal advocacy.
