Elder Law Seminar – March 2024

Cunningham Dalman will be hosting an Elder Law Seminar on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 5:30-7:00 pm.

The seminar will review the following topics:

What planning can be done to protect your assets if your spouse needs care in assisted living or a nursing home.
Can planning be still done if your parent is admitted to assisted living or a nursing home.
What financial benefits are available to help pay for this care.
What are the financial eligibility rules for these programs.
If you don’t expect to need care for five years, what planning can be done to preserve your assets.
A supplemental needs trust can preserve financial assets to pay for a house after one spouse has passed away.
