Cunningham Dalman partner, Vince Duckworth, was selected to officiate the Michigan High School Athletic Association’s Division 1 Football Championship this past Saturday at Ford Field in Detroit. This is one of the highest honors awarded to officials. We are excited for him and proud of his dedication to the sport. Along with his role as a Michigan High School Athletic Association football official, Vince is also a member of the West Michigan Officials Association. Detroit Catholic Central faced off against Detroit Cass Tech. Both teams were undefeated going into the match with 13 wins and 0 losses, but Cass Tech came out on top winning 49 – 20.
Vince earned his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. He serves in a wide range of practice areas including criminal law, estate planning, family law, litigation, municipal and administrative law, probate law, and real estate and environmental law. When asked about the most rewarding aspect of his professional career, Vince said, “Knowing that every day I can go to work and help fellow community members find responsible solutions to life’s curve balls is one of the things I value most about living and practicing law in the Holland community.”
Congratulations to Detroit Cass Tech on their championship title.
