Medicaid Redetermination Process Resumes on May 11, 2023
In response to COVID-19 and the federal Public Health Emergency, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) suspended all Medicaid redeterminations. Since June 1, 2020, benefits have continued without the MDHHS confirming that a Medicaid recipient is still eligible for benefits based on assets and income.
